Founded by Harsh Jain and Bhavit Sheth, Dream11 is a fantasy sports app headquartered in Mumbai.

According to data, Dream11 currently boasts over 100 million (or 10 crores) users! It’s currently leading the fantasy sports market in India with the highest number of active users. 

My 11 Circle Total Users

Since My 11 Circle is quite a new platform as compared to Dream11, it still managed to procure a whopping 1.3 Crore users in India. 

The credit to its popularity should be given to the massive ad campaign they did during the IPL 2019 season.

Another reason for their success is partnering up with the current BCCI president and former Indian cricketer, Saurav Ganguly.

Dream11 has a pretty clean user interface. For a new user, it’s not at all intimidating.

 

 

The top section comprises the various sports Dream11 offers- Cricket, Football, Basketball, Baseball, and more.

On the home screen, you are presented with a list of “upcoming matches”. 

In the bottom panel, you can see:

• A chat section that allows you to create a group with your friends and chat. 
• A feed section that brings all the latest posts from people you follow on Dream11. 

All in all, the app has a clean interface that is welcoming to a new player.  

 

My 11 Circle user interface

My 11 Circle, on the other hand, has an overwhelming user interface. On top there’s an ad, then a panel for choosing cricket or football, then a bar showing ‘upcoming’, ‘live’, and ‘completed’ matches. 

For a new user, navigating through the app and knowing where to go next can be a bit challenging. 

The bottom tab has 5 options: 

• Home: where all the current and upcoming matches are shown
• League: which shows you how to play mega contests. This section is highly confusing. 
• Refer & earn: this showcases the refer and earn program of My 11 Circle where users can refer the app to their friends and earn a cash bonus. 
• Promotions: this section tells you to join My 11 Circle on Telegram. 
• More: this brings up the menu that has your account details, withdrawals, help and support, and more.

According to us, Dream11 has a much cleaner user interface as compared to My 11 Circle and is easier to use.

• Batsmen: You can select 3-6 batsmen in your Dream 11 squad.

My 11 Circle has a slight edge over Dream11 as it’s newer and is trying hard to offer more to its users than Dream11. 

Having said that, more people in India play fantasy sports on Dream11 and is the go-to choice of top fantasy players.
